What's the difference between Company Assessment and Production Audit?

Company Assessment (60 min, $350) is a broad business review — pricing, quoting, workflow, staffing, margins, pick your area or bring it all. Production Audit (2 hours, $950) is a deep technical dive on one specific recurring production problem — thread breaks, garment failures, inconsistent output — that won't go away no matter what you've tried.

Not sure which session is right for me?

If something's on fire right now, book Project Rescue. If you want to build a skill, book the 1:1 Digitizing Lesson. If it's a broad "how's my business doing" question, Company Assessment. If it's one specific recurring problem you can't shake, Production Audit.

What's the cancellation policy?

48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Inside that window, the session fee is forfeited.

How does the session actually happen?

Screenshare, video call, or on-site — whichever's agreed at booking. The 1:1 Digitizing Lesson, Company Assessment, and Production Audit are recorded so you can revisit them; Project Rescue is not recorded.

Is what we discuss confidential?

Yes, both directions — your business info and files stay confidential, and the same is asked of you for any proprietary methods discussed during the session.
